Easy to make fresh salsa to use for dip or on top of salads or meats!
Ingredients
- 1 can drained chickpeas
- 1 can drained sliced black olives
- 1 can drained corn
- 1 can drained diced tomatoes
- 1 red onion, chopped small
- 2 tablespoons diced jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- juice from 1 lime
- juice from 1 lemon
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Combine all items and allow to sit covered in fridge for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
