Garlic Herb Ghee
Looking for a compound ghee to put on your sizzling steaks or roasted veggies? This Garlic Herb Ghee will do the trick!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp oregano, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Step 2 Scoop onto plastic wrap, make a log, and seal.
- Step 3 Refrigerate or freeze to harden.
- Step 4 Slice into rounds to serve.
