Fresh avocado based dressing for salads, steaks, chicken, and fish.

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • handful fresh parsley
Directions
  • Step 1 Place all items except parsley into blender.
  • Step 2 Process until completely smooth.
  • Step 3 Add more water to thin, if needed.
  • Step 4 Add parsley until finely chopped.
