I have decided to set some goals for this month to get me feeling healthier. I know that setting intentions is helpful, and having actionable goals is key.
My health goals for August 2017 are:
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Track it each day to see progress.
-Get moving. I’d love to get back into the habit of going to the gym that I’m paying for. My goals are to walk at least 1 mile 3 days a week or more. Track it to see progress.
-Eat three meals a day. I got off track of eating breakfast, and I feel hungrier at night after dinner because of it. I will meal prep fast breakfasts at the start of each week. Track it to see progress.
Not much more. I think three goals is enough for the month.
