Kids’ Favorite Smoothie

Kids' Favorite SmoothieThe Kids’ Favorite Smoothie is great for breakfast on the go or even as a healthier choice in the place of milkshakes!  My kids and I like to use all frozen fruits to keep it super icy, but it tastes just as dreamy with fresh fruits.

TIP:  Use a frozen banana even if the rest of your fruits are fresh to keep it creamy.

TIP:  You can throw in a dollop of greek yogurt to make it even creamier!

I’d love to hear your thoughts and questions, so feel free to leave a comment after the related posts show below or send me an email.  Thanks for visiting.  I appreciate you!

Looking for a healthier substitute for a milkshake? You can use frozen or fresh fruits, depending on the consistency you like. Be sure to use a frozen banana, though, or you'll need to serve it over ice!

By:

Ingredients
  • 1 peeled frozen banana, cut into fourths
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cherries
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
Directions
  • Step 1 Place all items in blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Step 2 Serve immediately.
