Hi, and welcome to Meet You In My Kitchen! I’m so excited to have you here! If you’re new to My Kitchen, this is a great place to start!
Who Am I And What Are My Qualifications?
Hello, my name is Stacie, and I’m a mom of two amazing kids. I was tired of being tired, and started learning more about our nation’s food supply as I embarked on a Whole30 adventure. Friends started to see the changes in me, and began asking questions. I felt like I needed to share the information I was learning, so Meet You In My Kitchen was born.
Before you go check out my About page, let me tell you a few things I am NOT. I am NOT a doctor. I am NOT a nutritionist. I am NOT a chef. I am just like you – a mom trying “to do it all” and provide the best I can for my family. Why am I telling you this? Because if you’re going to go on a food journey, you may want to talk to your doctor about what is right for you. This is especially important if you or someone in your family already has a lifestyle disease like diabetes, obesity, or Crohn’s disease. You really should talk to you doctors about your plans. If you’re on medications to treat these or other conditions, your doctor needs to help you through this, as medications could change based on your diet and lifestyle changes you might be embarking on. Your doctor will help you create a plan that best suits you and will want to monitor your progress to keep you safe. Ok, now you can go check out my About page. Then come back here for more…
Where Should You Start On Meet You In My Kitchen?

What Else Can You Find on MYIMK?
I’m adding new resources to my site through posts and link at least once a week. You can check out my Resources page to see what’s available now.
You’ll find Recipes added here once a week. You can print them out and use them for your meal planning.
Speaking of meal planning, I will be adding a new meal plan at least once a quarter. You can find the archives of meal plans here once there are some available. (Scheduled to hit July 2017) Each meal plan includes recipes, tips, and a shopping list – all FREE! If you like to do one day meal prep for the week ahead or freezer cooking, you can purchase the upgrade that includes step by step instructions for your day of prep and cooking. The link to upgrade will be on individual meal plans when they are available. Interested in seeing what one is like?
